It beats me why anyone would want to incorporate bits of plastic from CDs in their soil. Sorry if I'm missing something...
I use CDs as bird scarers and am trying them out as light reflectors in my seedling trays.
Well I would think you would use them in paths or as a decorative feature in areas where you can control its spread rather than using it as a general mulch
